If the name sounds odd, know this: Mizunara is a library for whisky. Tucked away on the fourth floor of an anonymous commercial building in Wan Chai, the bar has a superb collection, especially of the Japanese variety. Don’t believe us? Try the Nikka 40, a blend that contains whiskies up to 40 years old. It’s only HK$8,000 a glass.
