Opened in 1948, this traditional herbal tea shop is still popular among locals today. The store retains much of its old-school features with its pre-war tenement layout and decor, including its wooden fixtures, ceramic tiles, copper cauldron steamer and ceiling fans, exuding the vibe of old Hong Kong. On the menu, the sugarcane juice is the bestseller. Peeled and steamed using traditional methods, the sugarcane is pressed with an antique juicer to produce a refreshingly sweet beverage that is believed to have a host of health benefits. Also, don’t miss out on the sugarcane pudding and various herbal teas.
