The Torch Relay for the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games (NGDSO) will be held on 29 November 2025. To facilitate the relay, temporary traffic arrangements will be enforced in designated areas in Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui and Kai Tak. The long-awaited Freespace Dance 2025 festival returns for its third edition at the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK). Under the theme ‘Speculative Futures: Asia-Pacific Perspectives’, this year’s event brings together artists from Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Korea and across the Asia-Pacific region to explore the future of dance through bold, cross-disciplinary collaborations. In addition to a diverse collection of performances, the Festival will also feature platforms for artistic exchange, along with a series of fringe activities.
