Among the villages in Lam Tsuen is Fong Ma Po, home to the historic Tin Hau Temple. This temple serves as a spiritual haven for the community, reflecting the maritime heritage and deep-rooted traditions of the Punti people.
Visit two significant halls
The temple complex also includes two other important halls: Man Mo Hall, dedicated to the God of Literature and the God of War, and the Temple for Justice, which honours 12 noble-hearted men who valiantly protected the Lam Tsuen villages during tumultuous times.
Celebrate Bun Festival
Every 10 years, the Bun Festival is held here, drawing participants and visitors to celebrate with traditional rituals and festivities.
