Hong Kong & Beijing Impressions

Great Wall of China at Dusk

Our Beijing and Hong Kong Impressions program features an incredible journey to two of China’s hottest spots. Starting with Beijing, visit some of China’s legendary landmarks including the Forbidden City, the imperial palace for the Ming and Qing dynasties; Summer Palace, a grand imperial palace and a royal garden of the Qing Dynasty; Tian'anmen Square, the largest city square in the world; Temple of Heaven, the largest temple compound and one of the most strictly protected and preserved cultural heritages of China; Beijing's Old Quarters, also known as the Hutongs showcasing the capital's modest homes and traditional way-of-life; and of course, the magnificent Great Wall of China, the symbol of Ancient Chinese civilization built two millenniums ago.

Then, whisk over to Hong Kong, forever known as the "Pearl of the Orient", a sophisticated, diverse and bustling metropolis with a tasteful blend of East and West, and a gateway to the Orient, where millions come to savor its culinary delicacies, hunt for extraordinary shopping bargains, and soak up the energy of its electrifying nightlife. Accompanied by our personal guide, explore Hong Kong's Central and Western Districts as well as Victoria Peak via several unique modes of public transport including the famed Star Ferry, the Island's historic double-decker tramway, the ultra-efficient MTR (subway) and the 120 year-old Peak Tram.
