• The Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched a new Refund Application Platform for the air passenger departure tax (APDT) starting from 1 October 2025. Eligible passengers who have paid the APDT at the time of purchasing the air tickets may easily apply for tax refunds by simply uploading supporting documents to the platform.   • Berlaku untuk transaksi dengan semua jenis metode pembayaran
  • Berlaku untuk pembelian tiket melalui www.garuda-indonesia.com dan Aplikasi FlyGaruda
  • Berlaku untuk pembelian tiket sekali jalan (one-way) maupun pulang-pergi (round-trip)
  • Untuk mendapatkan diskon, Anda harus memasukkan kode promo HKTB pada halaman pemesanan Website atau Aplikasi FlyGaruda sebelum memilih penerbangan
  • Diskon akan diproses pada halaman pembayaran selama kuota masih tersedia. Sistem akan secara otomatis memotong nilai transaksi
  • Diskon hanya berlaku untuk transaksi dalam mata uang Rupiah (IDR)
  • Tidak berlaku untuk transaksi ganda (multiple transaction)
  • Program ini dapat digabungkan dengan program cicilan dari bank mitra yang tersedia
  • Ketentuan pengembalian dana (refund), perubahan tiket (reissue), dan penjadwalan ulang (reschedule) mengikuti aturan Garuda Indonesia untuk masing-masing subclass tiket
  • Untuk permintaan refund, pelanggan dapat mengirim email ke e-booking@garuda-indonesia.com
  • Untuk permintaan reschedule atau reissue, pelanggan dapat menghubungi Garuda Indonesia Contact Center di 0804 1 807 807 atau 021 2351 9999, serta melalui live chat
  • Ketentuan untuk penjadwalan ulang dan perubahan tiket di luar periode promo untuk tiket dengan harga diskon khusus akan mengikuti ketentuan upsell sesuai tarif publik (published fare)
