Senior Executive, QTS (2-year Renewable Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Support the full spectrum of the scheme day-to-day administration function including:
  • Manage merchant applications to the scheme
  • Keep track of the work progresses of the service providers and their compliance with the scheme assessment requirements
  • Maintain an up-to-date QTS merchants’ profile in the system
  • Handle merchant enquiries and consumers comments/complaints
  • Prepare regular reports, and upkeep all the related financial documents
  • Assist in revamping the existing assessment system and procedures to meet the business environment and customers’ needs
• Support consumption campaigns targeting in-town visitors or locals, including merchant liaison, offer solicitation, frontline staff training, etc.
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Committee/Sub-Committee meetings ensuring efficient operation and proper maintenance of documentation 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University graduates with at least 4 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience in the scheme administration is an advantage
• Experience in providing full spectrum of administrative duties, secretariat support to committees, organizing meetings
• Good team player, flexible, self-motivated, handle multi-tasks, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookup & PivotTable)
