Senior Executive, Human Resources (1-year Contract)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to talent development and acquisition, performance management, staff engagement, organisational development and HR operations etc.

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities in order to achieve effective hiring results to support business needs of the designated departments, including provision of necessary advice to hiring managers to refine their recruitment requirements.

  • Provide advice and guidelines to help hiring managers / employees understand and comply with employment related ordinances and internal policies.

  • Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding process, coordination with department managers on staff movement, termination, performance management cycle, etc. 

  • Compile reports relating to headcount, team budgeting, etc. for management attention and HR internal record.

  • Support training administration including training enrolment, record updating, training coordination and reporting etc. 

  • Assist in planning and executing staff engagement programmes and annual company events.

  • Handle HR projects as assigned.  

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management or Business Administration 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably as HR generalist with account servicing or recruitment focus. 

  • Well-versed with HR practices and labour law, preferably with regional exposure.

  • Meticulous, strong planning and implementation skills, with an eye on details. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up rapport with people at all levels.

  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving ability.

  • Able to manage multi-tasks and high work pressure as well as meeting tight deadline. 

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.

  • Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
