Senior Executive, Finance & Administration

  • To keep abreast of current local legislations and labour laws in order to ensure compliance and pre-empt any impact on the local office; To monitor HR policies and practices to ensure consistency in practice and compliance with local legislations
  • To manage the administration budget and work through the management accounting report; To check staff annual, sick leave & OT records and report to HR
  • To check and handle payment of staff expense claims and invoices in a timely manner, as well as to compile and check all monthly accounting queries to ensure all procedures and procurement regulations are properly followed
  • To manage office fixed asset to compliance with Head Office guideline; Manage contracts with external suppliers/vendors for office equipment, IT services, telephone/ fax services, insurances, office and warehouse space leasing to ensure an efficient, safe and conducive environment
  • Oversee the smooth running of office operation including facilities management and communication with maintenance workers about repairing and general housekeeping, which include but not limited to ordering office catering and stationery suppliers, managing the suppliers of general office equipment such as printers, fax machine, etc.; To make on-going efforts to explore cost-efficient/ value-for-money options in managing the office operating cost
  • To keep looking for opportunities to re-construct/streamline administrative procedures, so as to maximise the efficiency of the operation



  • University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of written English 
  • Detail-minded and demonstrated strong office management, organisational, negotiation skills and data handling skills
  • Knowledge of Taiwan’s Labour Law and Insurance regulations 
  • Strong communication, teamwork and coordination skills
  • Capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible to adapt and work under difficult circumstances



  • The position is located in our Taipei office
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
