Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Develop and implement the Destination Brand Image Campaign and in-town communications for core experience and event promotion as well as local activities
  • Day-to-day liaison with the HKTB’s appointed global advertising agency and designated worldwide offices on the monitoring of creative development, adaptation and execution, media planning, budgeting, accounting, so as to ensure all plans are executed in quality and in accordance with the agreed brand guideline
  • Provision of sufficient and high-quality marcom support to overseas market offices for effective execution of overseas destination brand image, such as creative guideline/template, production of campaign visuals and videos, etc.
  • Closely monitor project timeline, budget spending, and prepare all required accounting documents in a timely manner
  • Preparation of various management document, financial reports, and project summary, etc to meet the requirement of the company policies
  • Undertake any other duties and assignments as directed by Manager or Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate, marketing disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international/ regional marketing or communications; Demonstrated experience in working for or with advertising agencies is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing and co-ordinating international/ regional co-operative marketing campaigns, as well as experience in developing integrated marketing strategies and activities, social and digital in particularly 
  • Strong project management skills, attention to details
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work smoothly with internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to think creatively and work to strict deadlines
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight time frame 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge of English & Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint software applications
