擁有超過60年歷史的劉森記,至今仍堅持人手製作竹昇麵,實屬本地罕見。第三代傳人劉發昌繼承了家族衣缽,用竹竿一下一下壓製麵糰,做出軟中帶韌勁的麵條。除了竹昇麵,店家會新鮮製造雲吞和醃蘿蔔,雲吞包裹著鮮蝦和豬肉,口感爽口飽滿。招牌蝦籽撈麵為必點美食,麵上撒有大量自家炒製的蝦籽,鮮香滿滿,另有多款配料供選擇。
