Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Data Analysis and CRM) (1-year Contract)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various data sources (i.e. website, customer, marketing) to gather customer insights
  • Work closely with internal teams to design customer journeys, customer segmentations and targeting tactics
  • Conduct market research and case study for membership scheme
  • Formulate loyalty program to reinforce customer loyalty and retention rate
  • Manage CRM campaigns to improve customer experience
  • Prepare presentation and communicate data patterns and insight to stakeholders
  • Provide operational support to the department and any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Business Statistics, E-commerce or related discipline
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience working on digital marketing or CRM
  • Experience working in travel industry or CRM consultant will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in analytic and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, well-organized with attention to details
  • Good command of English and Chinese
