Part-time Specialist, Visitor Services (Visitor Centres)
Location: Hong Kong

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Handle enquiries and provide updated and comprehensive information to customers at HKTB Visitor Centers and Event/Cruise information desks. Proactively recommend travel activities and attractions to visitors according to their needs to enhance visitors’ satisfaction.
- Promote tourism products and current or upcoming events so as to maximize visitors’ participation and enrich their experience.
- Provide constructive ideas for visitor facilities improvement/enhancement.
- Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by supervisors or manager.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Able to work for at least 4 hours on any weekday or weekend and at least 8 hours per week
- Short-term / long-term part-timers or full-timers for temporary period are welcome
- Fresh graduates or students of tertiary institutions/universities are welcome, customer service experience will be an advantage but not necessary
- A confident communicator in Putonghua, English and Cantonese, command of a foreign language such as Japanese, Korean, French or German will be an advantage
- A cheerful and energetic person, who love to explore and share in your free time
