Officer, Quality Tourism Services (Part-time)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Support the full spectrum of the Quality Tourism Services Scheme's day-to-day administration function including:
- Maintain QTS merchants’ profiles and data input & vetting their licenses and permits renewal or application on the system
- Handle purchase order, invoice payments, update payment records and maintain proper e-filing system
- Compile regular QTS merchants' reports
- Conduct complaint checking for new QTS applications with the Consumer Council and internal department on a regularly basis.
- Prepare correspondence to QTS or non-QTS merchants on non-compliance with the Scheme rules and regulations
- Monitor QTS stationery inventory and place orders as appropriate
- QTS Committee / Sub-Committee
- Provide administrative support to the Committee/Sub-Committee meetings ensuring efficient operation and proper maintenance of documentation
- Event / Campaign Support
- Provide support to events organised by HKTB
- Provide support to events organised by HKTB
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Undergraduates / University graduates with at least 4 years of relevant experience with hands-on administration experience is an advantage
- Experience in providing the full spectrum of administrative duties and secretariat support
- Mature, good team player, stable, flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookup & PivotTable)
