HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Lead the periodic review of the employees’ handbooks and HR policies and procedures for Head Office and Worldwide Offices for market alignments, organisation needs, and compliance with local employment legislation
Draft and update HR policies and guidelines for Head Office and Worldwide Offices when and as appropriate
Keep abreast of the market trends and changes in employment legislation in Hong Kong and overseas markets
Develop and enhance the HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in HR processes and uplift the operational efficiency
Assist the General Manager, HR&A in preparation of all documentation for the Staff & Finance Committee (e.g. papers and minutes)
Provide support and advice to other HR team members on HR policies and compliance-related matters
Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by the Director, Human Resources or the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University graduate in any discipline
Preferably 6 to 8 years of working experience in developing HR policies
Strong organisational and planning skills, able to work independently with an eye on details
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
