Manager, Human Resources (Policy & Compliance)

  • Lead the periodic review of the employees’ handbooks and HR policies and procedures for Head Office and Worldwide Offices for market alignments, organisation needs, and compliance with local employment legislation
  • Draft and update HR policies and guidelines for Head Office and Worldwide Offices when and as appropriate 
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and changes in employment legislation in Hong Kong and overseas markets
  • Develop and enhance the HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in HR processes and uplift the operational efficiency
  • Assist the General Manager, HR&A in preparation of all documentation for the Staff & Finance Committee (e.g. papers and minutes)      
  • Provide support and advice to other HR team members on HR policies and compliance-related matters
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by the Director, Human Resources or the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration



  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Preferably 6 to 8 years of working experience in developing HR policies 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, able to work independently with an eye on details
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
