Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
Act as the HR Business Partner to perform full spectrum of human resources functions covering organisation review, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and communication for designated Divisions in Hong Kong head office and the worldwide offices
Provide advices and guidelines to assist managers / staff understand and comply with HR policies
As the lead of organisational/people development and talent management related initiatives/programmes
Identify and prioritise learning needs and development gaps of the organisation, develop the framework and roadmap of training curriculum for different levels of staff
Develop long-term partnership with external training consultants to design and deliver different learning solutions and monitor their effectiveness to support the organisation growth and foster staff engagement
Initiate and manage the execution of talent development programmes including Management Trainee Programme, Succession Planning and Development Programmes for identified talents
Take up other projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in human resources management, with solid experience in L&D and talent management is preferred
Strong HR Business Partnering sense with experience to translate business needs into HR initiatives
Strong planning and project management skills, with attention to details
Strong communication skills, able to build effective working relationships with all levels of staff
Excellent communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English.
Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight timeline
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
