HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Lead and manage day-to-day functions of the team to deliver excellent facilities management in Head office.
  • Maintaining and operating all aspect of hard services, including MVAC system, Fire Services system, Electrical system, Plumbing & Drainage system and AV system.
  • Leading a team of outsourced contractors in carrying out day-to-day operation and preventative / corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and energy efficient operation.
  • Managing performance of vendors and contractors according to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Project management for renovation, critical equipment, lifecycle management and replacement.
  • Act as a Project Manager in relation to renovation / improvement projects.
  • Review and improve service operation procedure (SOP) on a regular basis.
  • Prepare annual budget and perform budget control.
  • Ensure compliance of health and safety at work to be performed appropriately by in-house and/ or outsourced resources, and also ensure compliance with the related statutory regulation.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of solid experience in general office administration and facility management.
  • Knowledge of local statutory requirements in OH&S, building works and electrical and mechanical aspects
  • Solid experience in formal procurement and tendering process
  • Experience in managing office renovation and MAC work would be an advantage.
  • Meticulous, good leadership and detail-minded
  • Good vendor management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel on cost analysis / comparison, PowerPoint presentation or AutoCAD drawing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
