Assistant Manager / Manager, Brand Marketing

  • Assist to provide strategic input for world-wide offices to plan and implement major marketing and advertising campaigns. Help formulate strategy on new product & experience launches, mega event promotions, segment programmes and selected integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively monitor and control the quality of brand marketing related deliverables and activities and ensure that they are well implemented, in accordance with the agreed brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Work independently and supervise the appointed suppliers on the planning and production of various marketing communication materials for mega events promotions and new product launches for usage at overseas markets and destination level.
  • Brief and drive advertising and media agencies to deliver quality creative, production and effective communication and media plans.
  • Manage an effective communication process between advertising and media agencies and overseas offices to ensure an optimal efficiency, creativity and flexibility.
  • Explore new initiatives / cooperative platform and supervise the implementation of global/ regional marketing and brand building campaigns.
  • Assist to prepare the yearly budget exercise, regular tracking report to government.  
  • Manage and comply to company procurement and legal procedures.



  • University degree holder with a minimum 5-8 years’ experience in advertising agency and/ or consumer marketing and marketing communications field
  • Excellent written and persuasive presentation skills; in both English and Chinese.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Experience in destination or tourism-related marketing is a distinct advantage
  • Creative, self-driven, detailed-minded. Able to multi-task in project management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; with high emotional maturity to be able to influence and work collaboratively with all levels, including peers and senior managers. Able to work independently, highly resourceful and maintains grace under pressure.
