Manager, Brand Marketing

  • Assist in creative idea and assets development to reposition Hong Kong’s tourism brand for world-wide offices’ deployment in supporting the new tourism brand
  • Manage and execute branding campaigns for mega events, new product & experiences launches such as Wine & Dine Festival, Cyclothon, Hong Kong Neighbourhoods 
  • Work closely with the event development and management team to formulate marketing and promotion strategy for the event at both overseas and at the destination level
  • Identify creative and cost effective collaborations and promotional channels, negotiate with potential business partners, supervise advertising agency independently to develop an effective communication platform and produce a series of marketing communication materials and creative assets for functional teams and world-wide offices
  • Assist in branding guideline development and updates, conduct annual brand audit exercise with key branding / advertising agencies, manage and comply with company procurement and legal procedures
  • Assist in preparing yearly budget exercise and regular tracking report to government



  • University degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in advertising agency and/ or consumer marketing and marketing communications fields
  • Excellent written and persuasive presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Experience in destination or tourism-related marketing is a distinct advantage 
  • Creative, resourceful, self-driven, detailed-minded with multi-tasking and project management skills and high level of emotional maturity even under pressure
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to influence and work collaboratively with all levels independently, including peers and senior managers
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing
