Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of trade promotion initatives via eSolution system, a new digital initiative to enrich visitors travel experiences and create business opportunities for trade partners. 

• Work closely with internal business users and IT department from planning, collecting requirements, conducting user acceptance tests and monitoring after system launch. 

• Co-ordinate with overseas offices in the co-op campaigns with overseas trade partners via eSolution to drive the arrivals from HKTB’s overseas sources markets.

• Produce trade communication tools such as brochures, videos with excellent quality and cost-effectiveness and in compliance with company policy and procedures. 

• Monitor the overall progress of the projects and the performance of vendors to ensure a smooth implementation of all digital projects within budget and timeline.

• Undertake any other duties/ special assignments as directed by the Manager, Trade Marketing.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Creative Media, Information Technology or relevant discipline

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in website revamp/ maintenance and digital projects

• Internet and digital savvy, proficiency in web technology 

• Demonstrated competence in working with advertising agency, design houses and contractors.

• Excellent in project management, leadership and communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to be in rapport with different level of staff as well as people from different nationalities and cultures.

• Proficient in written & spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin and other language is an advantage. 

• Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to details.
