Assistant Manager, Marketing

Location: Singapore

Overview

  • To strategize, manage and execute all marketing and PR related activities in SEA to promote Hong Kong as the top of mind travel destination. 
  • Supporting the Senior Manager, Marketing in overseeing regional and in-market marketing projects covering 6 countries, primarily Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. To ensure the objectives of the activities and deliverables align with Head Office strategies and directions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager, Marketing in regional marketing strategies and activities to promote Hong Kong as a top-of-mind travel destination in SEA
  • Manage project and execute integrated marketing campaigns, PR programs, partnership collaborations, media events and branded content activations
  • Handle media planning, copy writing and creative execution across various marketing mediums
  • Manage external vendors such as PR, media, creative, translation agencies to achieve assigned tasks and business goals
  • Provide the team with market intelligence and consumer insights through regular research and analysis
  • Preparation of reports such as post-campaign, monthly and quarterly updates and KPI tracking
  • Adhere and comply to brand guidelines, legal procedures and all administrative and financial protocols
  • Work effectively with both internal stakeholders across various business functions
  • Assist and execute any works as deemed necessary by superiors

Requirements

  • University degree holder major in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in FMCG, Tourism, Hospitality or service industries of similar capacity
  • Relevant Marketing experience in digital and social media marketing, media planning, event management and content production. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
  • Relevant PR experience in copywriting, story pitching, influencer marketing and media relations management
  • Good communicator and comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Result oriented, strong presentation and project management skills
  • Fluency in English is essential. Chinese, Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesian, and/or Thai is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Hong Kong and its tourism offerings will be an advantage. Strong business acumen and result driven

Location

  • The position is located in our Singapore office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
