Assistant Manager, Human Resources (HRMS Project, 1-year Contract)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Assist in HRMS implementation from tendering & contracting, system setup & design, UAT, deployment & user training, to overall project management.

  • Analyse periodic HR operations and workflows to map data flows, processes as well as output deliverables.

  • Collect and consolidate user requirements; define system functional specifications and project deliverables.

  • Coordinate and process data migration and data verification from existing system to new system.

  • Conduct UAT, including preparing test cases, documenting testing results, proposing and planning solutions to system deficiencies with system vendor(s).

  • Coordinate user training, prepare training materials, and update related HR internal guidelines / procedures.

  • Undertake or support any other HR duties / ad hoc projects.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, with preferably at least 5 years’ relevant working experience.

  • Experience in HR system project management and delivery from ideation, implementation to launch, at sizeable organisation(s) preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, well-organised with attention to details. 

  • Highly resourceful, able to manage multiple projects / work independently and under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
