Assistant Manager, Human Resources (2-year Renewable Contract) (Focus on Talent Acquisition and HRBP)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Support full spectrum of human resources functions covering recruitment, performance management, organisation development and talent related programmes to provide quality service to designated departments in Head Office and Worldwide Offices

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle to achieve effective hiring results to support business needs of the designated departments, including provision of necessary advice to hiring managers to refine their recruitment requirements and identification of the right calibre

  • Provide advices and guidelines to help hiring managers/employees understand and comply with employment related ordinances and internal policies

  • Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding process, coordination with line managers on staff movement, termination, performance management cycle, etc. 

  • Compile HR reports for management attention and HR internal record

  • Support or handle any other HR projects/initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management, Communications or Business Administration related  

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience preferably as HR generalist with focus on account servicing or talent acquisition  

  • Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  

  • Good knowledge in HR best practices and labour law, having regional exposure is a plus 

  • Meticulous, strong planning and implementation skills, and attention on details

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up rapport with people at different levels 

  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving ability 

  • Able to manage multi-tasks and high work pressure as well as meeting tight deadline

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Executive, Human Resources
