Assistant Manager, Finance

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Finance and Accounting
    • Responsible for month-end & year-end closing, performing management accounting, management & statutory reporting and budgeting
    • Assist supervisor(s) to ensure all statutory accounts, financial statements and management reports are compiled in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate with external and internal auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance
    • Support process and system enhancement to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Finance Business Partnering
    • Act as a business partner with Head Office departments and Worldwide Offices to support daily business operation & decision making, and to ensure business processes compiled in accordance with policies and procedures 
    • Develop and deliver analysis and insight to support decision making process and share best practises
    • Provide sound advices on internal control and compliance and offer solutions to enhance efficiency of financial processes.
       

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree holder in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional qualification of HKICPA or other international professional accounting bodies
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant accounting and FP&A experience
  • Experience in working in subvented bodies would be an advantage
  • Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations would be an advantage
  • A team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
  • Strong business sense, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Experience in Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
