Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
Conduct online customer survey and market analysis to identify business opportunities
Conduct analysis of website traffic and application funnel to better understand user behaviour
Generate social listening and trending reports to improve marketing activities
Analyse and translate cross-channel data into meaningful insights
Assist in preparing post campaign reports and promotion performance tracking
Provide operational support to the department and any ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, IT, Statistics or related discipline is preferred
6 years working experience with minimum 2 years in digital marketing, database marketing or related field
Proficiency in Google Analytic with good understanding of social media analytic tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required
Knowledge of data visualisation tools and data processing will be an advantage
Strong analytical, problem solving skills, well-organized with attention to detail
Good command of English and Chinese
