Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (Data Analyst, 2-year Renewable Contract)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online customer survey and market analysis to identify business opportunities

  • Conduct analysis of website traffic and application funnel to better understand user behaviour

  • Generate social listening and trending reports to improve marketing activities 

  • Analyse and translate cross-channel data into meaningful insights 

  • Assist in preparing post campaign reports and promotion performance tracking

  • Provide operational support to the department and any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Statistics or related discipline is preferred

  • 6 years working experience with minimum 2 years in digital marketing, database marketing or related field

  • Proficiency in Google Analytic with good understanding of social media analytic tools  

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required

  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools and data processing will be an advantage

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, well-organized with attention to detail

  • Good command of English and Chinese
