Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing (1-year Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Develop and implement the Destination Brand Image Campaign and in-town communication for mega events promotion as well as local activities
  • Work on creative & media briefing and day-to-day liaise with the global advertising agencies and designated worldwide offices on monitoring of creative adaptation and execution, media planning, budgeting, accounting, so as to ensure all plans are executed in quality and in accordance to the agreed brand guideline
  • Provide sufficient and high quality marcom support to worldwide offices for effective execution of overseas destination brand image building exercise and mega event promotions, including but not limited to provision of creative guideline/ template, production of customised publications, advertising visuals and merchandise, etc.
  • Closely monitor mega event project timeline, budget spending, and prepare all required accounting documents in a timely manner
  • Prepare various management document, financial reports, and project summary, etc. to meet the requirement of the company policies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on consolidating, vetting, commenting and approving all relevant content and information along the creative material development process

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate, marketing disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in international marketing or communications, preferably with advertising agencies experience or in-house marketing experience in sizable organisations
  • Knowledge and experience in developing integrated marketing strategies and activities, as well as implementing and co-ordinating international co-operative marketing campaigns
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, English and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to think creatively, work under tight timeframe and meet strict deadlines
