Located in the Hong Kong Museum of Art, modern Australian restaurant Hue features stunning views of Victoria Harbour, which makes for a captivating backdrop for festive dining this season. For Christmas, the stylish restaurant is offering various menus for lunch, dinner, brunch and afternoon tea, plating up a taste of sunny Australia with dishes focused on creative flavours and fresh ingredients. The four-course Christmas dinner menu (24–25 December; HK$880/person) kicks off with celebratory canapes while Christmas lunch (25 December; HK$780/person) comes with artisanal cheese or wine pairing options worth indulging in. After your festive meal, stroll along the promenade and take in the sparkling lights of the city or delight in the arts at Hong Kong Museum of Art and Hong Kong Cultural Centre with ballet, theatre or concerts to enjoy.

181 Fortnum & Mason

As the first shop and restaurant outside the UK, Fortnum & Mason’s sophisticated dining room in K11 Musea is serving up a festive menu (dishes range from HK$78 to HK$988) that exudes the elegance of an English Christmas. Expect hearty starters such as velvety parsnip soup, creamy chicken liver parfait, and perfectly seared scallops before comforting classics designed for sharing are brought to the table. Choose from a golden glazed Norfolk Bronze turkey or a côte de boeuf (beef rib) presented with a truly British banquet of sides including sprouts, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes and more. For dessert, there is a decadent Christmas pudding or an apple and blueberry crumble to delight in before sweet tidings of mini mince pies and a Christmas-themed cocktail complete the meal.

Head to lively Parisian steakhouse and brasserie District 8 for a taste of France this Christmas. The casual bistro offers both indoor and al fresco seating for a more relaxed European-style festive atmosphere. The set menu for the holidays (HK$380/2 courses; HK$430/3 courses; min. two people) is available on Christmas Eve for dinner and Christmas Day for lunch and dinner. La Rambla By Catalunya

Setting the tone for a vibrant Spanish Christmas, La Rambla presents festive dining menus that spotlight traditional Catalan fare. Featuring fresh flavours inspired by the Mediterranean coast, the specially curated menus include a Christmas Day brunch (25 December; HK$780/person) and Christmas dinner (24–25 December; HK$850/person; min. two people). For a Christmas filled with comforting Italian delights, Pirata is offering a series of menus made for fun festive occasions with your nearest and dearest including Christmas brunches (25–26 December and 1 January; HK$428/person) and dinners (24–25 December; HK$590/person). The Italian restaurant has even created cheerful tasting menus for larger groups to make Christmas parties and get-togethers an easy decision for all preferences and tastes. Come together for dinner and bond over the Terra-Mare which includes their signature butcher’s cut matched with whole grilled lobster or a Christmas lamb shank for brunch finished with classic light and airy Italian panettone with vanilla ice cream.

Having recently moved to a new location at H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Aqua has prepared a festive feast full of flavours from Italian and Japanese cuisines. An all-American style, indulgent festive dinner and brunch awaits at urban chic restaurant Bostonian Seafood & Grill this holiday.
