Prosperous New Year Tossed Salad from £10.80 per person
A traditional mixed salad for Chinese New Year with wild salmon or abalone and various oriental seasonings. Ideal for family and friends to mix the salad themselves together at the table with chopsticks and wish each orther all the best for the coming year. Very popular in the Far East.

Ideal for meat lovers. A mixed platter of suckling pig, honey roast pork, marinated brisket of beef and pig's trotter, garnished with jelly fish. (minimum 2 person)
Traditional Chinese New Year feast in a Pot ..from £63.00 per head
Chinese New year celebration is all about family and friends and this feast is designed for sharing. The chef will put different layers of meat, seafood and vegrtables on top of each others in a clay pot and slow cooking them together, making sure the flavour of each type of food compliment each other. (minimum 4 persons)
