This winter, you will find a bright little star shining amidst a forest of glittering skyscrapers. A classic Christmas tree will spread the love and joy of the season from the heart of the city in Statue Square. Come with your loved ones to soak in the enchanting atmosphere, hang your ‘Love Locks’ on the railings to seal your romance, and make holiday memories that will last forever.

New Year • New World — Hong Kong Countdown Celebrations
A party atmosphere takes over the entire city on New Year’s Eve as throngs of cheering revellers take part in the exciting countdown celebrations to welcome the new year. Beginning at 11pm, at 15-minute intervals, buildings around the Victoria Harbour will emit a series of ‘shooting stars’. Make a wish when you see them and get your new year off to a great start. When the clock ticks down to midnight, heart-pounding pyrotechnics will light up Hong Kong’s skies, exploding in a radiant shower of lights to illuminate the beautiful harbour.
