Prepare for the most delicious autumn ever! Over 150 renowned restaurants around town have created one-off menus incorporating special ingredients or limited-time offers available only in November, which are not to be missed!

FeedMe Guru – A Gourmet Celebration

FeedMe Guru – A Gourmet Celebration

This autumn, restaurant booking platform FeedMe Guru is featuring five of Hong Kong’s choicest ingredients - steak, sea urchin, truffle, lobster and oyster - in exclusive tasting menus in partnership with around 30 of the city’s top restaurants. Looking for more choices? Special festive offers are also available at approximately 120 other top tier dining spots. Visit the FeedMe Guru website to book your table.

Steak
Steak is a prime ingredient for many an exquisite meal and perfect for every occasion; it’s inclusion is almost a necessity. Give a trio of beef a try including grass-fed, corn-fed and wagyu grain-fed.

Sea Urchin
Sea Urchin is a favourite of many Hong Kong people and is often referred to as the ‘edible gold’ of the sea. Unique sea urchin dishes during the Great November Feast include French oyster with sea urchin and champagne jelly and even spicy ice cream with rock salt and the star ingredient — sea urchin!

Oyster
Oysters are a part of our cultural heritage, and a species, the ‘Crassostrea hongkongensis’, is even named after our city. To bring out the briny tang of the oyster, taste the oyster mayo to get the full extent of flavours.

Lobster
A burgeoning appetite has developed for lobster in Hong Kong. Not only are they delicious, the red colour represents prosperity in Chinese culture. Try one of the signature dishes of a three-Michelin starred restaurant in Hong Kong — a sautéed fresh lobster with sliced conch — an impeccable representation of Cantonese cuisine.

Truffle
Experience truffle at its finest while dining at Arcane, opened by chef Shane Osborn from Netflix’s The Final Table, with butternut squash and sweet potato ravioli, sage beurre noisette, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh white truffle on the menu. Truffle adds an extra dimension to fine dining in Hong Kong.

Try all of these delectable dishes with FeedMe Guru during the Great November Feast from 1–30 November!
