Among the must-see events is the nightly A Symphony of Lights multimedia show involving more than 40 buildings lining Victoria Harbour. The show creates an all-round vision of coloured lights, laser beams and searchlights that perform a stunning, unforgettable spectacle synchronised to music and narration that celebrates the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong.
Crowned as the world's largest permanent light and sound show by Guinness World Records, the show will be complemented by a pyrotechnic display and followed by grand fireworks on 1 July in the "Harbour Extravaganza" to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Then from 2-8 July and on all subsequent Saturdays during the Shopping Festival, A Symphony of Lights will feature enhancement with pyrotechnic displays.

Notes:
Spectators can listen to the show's music and English narration live along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront between the Avenue of Stars and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the promenade outside the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night, and on radio every night on 103.4FM along the harbour front or by calling 35 665 665 (usual service charges apply).
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above is hoisted, or when Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 3pm on the show day, the show will be suspended. No show will be staged even if the Warning Signal is removed before 8pm on that day. The show may also be suspended in emergencies without prior notice.
