Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the 2009 'Hong Kong Halloween Treats' was a triumphant 37-day Halloween party that featured popular tourist haunts decked out in Halloween-themed decorations. Apart from a variety of entertaining events that made you scream with laughter, the city's food districts and restaurants also served up a host of Halloween-inspired food items, while many fun-filled events at local malls provided tourists with 'spooktacular' Halloween experiences.
