As the Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), Mrs Daisy Lam holds overall responsibility for the internal control and operational management of the organisation.

Mrs Lam has a wealth of marketing and management experience, spanning across aviation, banking and financial services, as well as smartcard payment system industries. In her previous careers, she led the development of operation and service policies and guidelines to meet the business and performance objectives of the companies she worked for. She also possesses a proven track record of driving sales growth and planning marketing promotions.

Mrs Lam’s diverse career portfolio included senior management positions in the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Cathay Pacific Airways and Card Alliance Limited. Prior to joining the HKTB, she was Operations Director of Octopus Cards Ltd.

Mrs Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hong Kong.
