China's capital, ancient Beijing, is a city steeped in tradition. Located in the heart of Beijing, the Forbidden City, also known as Palace Museum, is the world's largest palace complex. Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasty had reigned here. Another must-see attraction is the Great Wall, the world-renowned great construction in ancient China. To catch a glimpse of the world's largest Chinese imperial garden, visit the Summer Palace.

After visiting the spectacular buildups, visit some Hutongs, (or narrow streets) to understand the living environment of Old Beijing. Other popular attractions in Beijing include: Tiantan, Tian'an men Square, Ming Tomb, Chang Ling Exhibition Museum.
