Prep your palette with a crisp sparkling wine. Choose something off the grill to go with the delicate tannins from a vibrant red. See whether the sweets on offer would go better with the lengthy finish of a dessert wine or the leathery aroma of whisky, or both. With over 300 booths to tempt your palette as well as the stunning skyline and live entertainment to distract, making up your mind might just take another round. So as you move on to craft beer, take a saunter around the glamorous waterfront then sit back and soak up the festive ambience while contemplating your next gastronomic stop.
