Great Violin Concertos: Tseng Yu-chien Plays Brahms

Top prizewinner of the 2015 International Tchaikovsky Competition, Taiwanese violinist Tseng Yu-chien returns to collaborate with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and Principal Guest Conductor Christoph Poppen performing Brahms’ Violin Concerto in D. The programme also includes Schumann’s Symphony No 2 in C, and the Asian première of Con Brio – Concert Overture for Orchestra (2013), written by leading German composer Jörg Widmann.
