Asian Youth Orchestra WORLD TOUR

Acclaimed by the San Francisco Chronicle as ''One of the most exciting orchestras anywhere,'' Hong Kong’s Asian Youth Orchestra will be touring the world, playing 21 concerts across Asia, the US and Europe. The Orchestra will be performing in Hong Kong on 26 and 27 July, under the baton of Richard Pontzious and James Judd, together with violinists Sarah Chang and Vadim Repin. Performances include Strauss’ Don Juan, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, Mahler’s Symphony No. 1, and violin concerti by Sibelius and Shostakovich.
