A Celebration of Dance – The Hong Kong Ballet at 35

The Hong Kong Ballet presents a mixed bill in celebration of its 35th anniversary. The programme – features several short pieces that vary in style, origin and mood. It will have something to suit every taste while showcasing the breadth of the repertoire The Hong Kong Ballet has built up during its 35-year history. Some of the most famous choreographers of all time are represented, including the father of neoclassical ballet George Balanchine, one of today’s foremost choreographers Spanish-born Nacho Duato, as well as classical ballet’s most prolific choreographer Marius Petipa. The performance will culminate with the highlight of the world’s favourite ballet, Act III of Swan Lake.
