Winners of 2011 Outstanding QTS Merchant Awards

The Outstanding QTS Merchant Award gives recognition to Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme accredited merchants who have sustained outstanding performance in the annual QTS Scheme Assessment undertaken by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the professional consultant commissioned by the Hong Kong Tourism Board since 2006.

All eligible merchants are grouped under 15 categories. The top three merchants in each category, based on the highest average scores in the QTS Assessment Reports in the past five years, will be honoured with the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards respectively. Apart from the Outstanding QTS Merchant Awardees, merchants with five-year average assessment scores reaching the top 10 per cent of their respective retail and merchant sectors will receive a Merit Award.
