Take the funicular Peak Tram to Victoria Peak. The area
offers some of the best views in Asia, as well
as wonderful photographic opportunities. Stop for lunch at one of
the delightful restaurants
here before heading for Stanley Market on the south
side of the island for some bargain shopping. The scenic setting
and Mediterranean ambience
are also ideal for a relaxed drink and dinner.
Walk along the Kowloon waterfront promenade and then
along Canton Road to visit some of Hong Kong's largest malls and department stores in the area.
At night, enjoy A Symphony of Lights,
the spectacular multimedia show, combining lights,
music and narration and involving more than 30
buildings on both sides of the harbour.
Finish the evening with dinner at Knutsford Terrace,
an international dining mecca in the neon-lit Tsim
Sha Tsui shopping district.
Feel the pulse of the city as urban Hong Kong comes
alive, bursting with excitement in Mong Kok. Visit
the famed open-air Ladies' Market on Tung Choi Street for inexpensive
clothing and souvenirs.
Head south of Fa Yuen Street for funky and classic
sportswear or go to Sai Yeung Choi Street South for the latest electronics
and
audio-visual products.
Why not take a tour to enjoy the diversity and excitement of Hong Kong!
