Hong Kong's scenic Western Harbour is home to one of nature's true rarities - the exquisite and fascinating Chinese White Dolphin or Pink Dolphin. Around 100 of these playful but endangered creatures can still be found in the gentle waters off Lantau, a green, rugged mountainous island.
