Day 1

Morning Arrive at Hong Kong International Airport – a state-of-the-art facility ranked as the world's best airport.

Free for shopping in a city renowned for its incredible diversity and sheer quantity of goods for sale: electronics, cosmetics, jewellery, traditional Chinese products and more.

Evening Be dazzled by the city's neon signs and night lights on an exclusive Open Top Bus Ride along the "Golden Mile" of Kowloon's Nathan Road. Then delight your taste buds with dinner in one of the international restaurants lining Knutsford Terrace, a charming traffic-free hillside lane.

Later, see how Hongkongers hunt for bargains and unwind in fascinating Temple Street Night Market. Its unique bustling atmosphere includes fortune-tellers, chess masters, Cantonese opera singers and food stalls.
Day 2

Morning Start the day right with the "Healthy Living in Hong Kong" programme, learning tai chi (shadow boxing) from an expert, beside Victoria Harbour. Your body and soul rejuvenated, set off to discover the ritual joys of tea drinking in a Tea Appreciation master class.

Afternoon Lunch is your chance to savour a variety of authentic Cantonese dim sum, mouth-watering snacks that illustrate the wonderful range of Chinese culinary skills. Then learn some of the secrets, and recipes, of cooking Chinese-style from a master chef.

Evening Dine alfresco on Lamma Island, feasting on fresh seafood dishes. Back on board your chartered boat, sail into the middle of the harbour to marvel at A Symphony of Lights, a dazzling light-and-sound extravaganza cascading from more than 30 harbourside skyscrapers, which has been classified as the 'World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show' by Guinness World Records.
Day 3

Morning Visit the popular seaside village of Stanleyfor a typically diverse Hong Kong excursion – shopping in the covered Street Market, viewing the historical landmark of Murray House, and exploring the city's heritage in the Maritime Museum.

Next, step aboard an Aberdeen Harbour "gondola" to reach the palatial pleasures of lunch aboard the Jumbo Kingdom – one of the world's biggest floating restaurants.

Afternoon Safely seated in a sampan (small boat), tour the harbour's fishing fleet, observing up-close the lifestyles of local fisherfolk.

Head skywards next, to Victoria Peak, where stunning panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong can be admired and captured from the terraces of the newly refurbished Peak Tower. Within the tower, interact with some of the world's top celebrities at Madame Tussauds waxworks museum!

Evening Stay high in the Hong Kong sky for a memorable dinner in one of the Peak's spectacular restaurants. If there's time, pamper yourself with an hour's soothing foot reflexology.
Day 4

Morning The "Kowloon Discovery Tour" reveals some fascinating heritage – from a street market dedicated to songbirds to a charming parkland setting for a Qing Dynasty fort (Kowloon Walled City Park), from one of Hong Kong most popular temples for fortune-telling (Wong Tai Sin) to a spectacular Tang dynasty-style Buddhist temple (Chi Lin Nunnery).

Afternoon Free time for your choice of lunch and shopping delights.

Evening Enjoy dinner at a Best of the Best Award-winning restaurant.

Then, make it a night on the town in one of Hong Kong's trendiest nightspots, Lan Kwai Fong, a cluster of hillside lanes packed with lively bars and clubs.
