Hong Kong Railway Museum

This small, picturesque museum is a must for all railway enthusiasts. Located in the old Tai Po Market railway station, which first opened in 1913, the station is now an historical monument. Its exhibition of Hong Kong's rail history includes photographs, old coaches, samples of track and a full-size model of an electric train compartment.

Museum Details
Open	Mon, Wed - Sun (including Public Holidays) : 9am - 5pm.
Closed	Closed on Tuesday, Christmas day, Boxing day, New Year's day and the first three days of Chinese New Year.
Location	13 Shung Tak Street, Tai Po Market
Transportation	1. Take maxicab no. 25K from MTR Tai Po Market station. 2. Take bus no. 271 from Canton Road at Tsim Sha Tsui then get off near Kwong Fuk Road, turn left to Po Heung Street and walk to Shung Tak Street.
