Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb
Sham Shui Po
This ancient tomb was discovered in 1955 when workmen levelled a
hill slope to make way for the surrounding Lei Cheng Uk Estate.
Around 58 pottery and bronze objects were found inside the tomb,
which is believed to have been constructed during the Eastern Han
Dynasty (AD25-220). The tomb is now a museum, open 10am-1pm and
2pm-6pm daily except Thursday and some public holidays; 1pm-6pm
on Sunday and public holidays. |
