Chinese Cake-Making Class


Traditional delicacies like mooncakes and Wife cakes are used to celebrate happy occasions in Hong Kong and are always a hit with visitors. Now you can learn to make your own Chinese-style cakes with the help from the chefs at the award-winning Wing Wah Cake Shop.

Founded in Hong Kong in 1950 as a Chinese restaurant-cum-bakery, Wing Wah is one of Hong Kong's oldest catering groups and its mooncakes, Chinese sausages and Wife cakes have won many awards both locally and overseas.

The group has diversified and now produces a wide range of Chinese bakery products and health food with branches and outlets across the territory and around the world. Now you can learn some of Wing Wah's secrets! Under the guidance of Wing Wah's experienced chefs, participants prepare, bake and try their own creations. You can also take the time to browse in their shop and check out the wide range of mouth-watering cakes that are sure to delight.
