Hong Kong's annual Food Expo pays homage to Hong Kong's reputation as the Culinary Capital of Asia. With a wide variety of foods to whet everyone's appetite, the fair is a melting pot of culinary creations from the East and West.

The Food Expo 2010 featured more than 740 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions. Apart from a variety of international delights, the fair offered cooking demonstrations by a Michelin chef and workshops on such topics as “healthy eating”. The total attendance for this five-day food fair hit a record high of over 370,000 visitors.
