Autumn Thematic Arts Festival

Every Hong Kong autumn, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department alternatively hosts two events: the New Vision Arts Festival and the World's Cultures Series. The former treats audiences to an array of innovative cross-cultural performances with an Asian focus, while the latter is a creative showcase of regional and ethnic diversities.

New Vision Arts Festival

The biennial New Vision Arts Festival has presented since 2002 a board array of innovative and outstanding cross-cultural performances with an Asian focus. With its contemporary outlook, the Festival is also commensurate with the economic and social development of Hong Kong in the post-Millennium era which emphasizes the use of high-end technology, knowledge-led development and international outlook and exposure.

World's Cultures Series

World’s Cultures Series Arts Festival is held in alternative years. This series of Festival adds to the diversity of programmes with ethnic and regional characteristics.

The fifth edition of the World's Cultures Series will be presented in autumn 2013.
