The Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme makes it easy for you to find shops, restaurants and budget visitor accommodation that you can trust.

Under the scheme administered by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, QTS-accredited establishments must pass stringent annual assessments showing that they meet high standards of product quality and service. They must:
• Provide clearly displayed prices
• Display clear information
• Ensure superb customer service

The Hong Kong Tourism Board has commissioned Hong Kong Productivity Council as the consultant of the QTS Scheme for conducting the assessments and mid-year surveillance visits for shopping and dining merchants.

Hong Kong Productivity Council is the appointed agent to carry out the mid-year site visits and annual assessments of the QTS Scheme shop and restaurant members.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board also provides assistance for enquiries about shops, restaurants and visitor accommodation accredited by the QTS Scheme. Please call the HKTB multilingual Visitor Hotline +852 2508 1234 for assistance.
