|2. California Vintage|
As the name suggests, this bar is devoted to America’s sunny West Coast state. The owners source all their bottles from family - owned and boutique wineries across California and the wine menu offers more than 80 tipples by the glass at any given time. California Vintage also boasts an extensive food menu that’s been specially crafted to go with the wines on offer.

|3. Sky Lounge|
The Sky Lounge at the Sheraton hotel was one of the first places in town to popularize the use of enomatic wine machines. The wine selection here is classic, if a little safe, and those who aren’t into reds and whites can go for the carefully mixed house cocktails. The stunning, unobstructed harbourview is another highlight.

|4. Tapas Bar|
Tapas Bar at the Kowloon Shangri-La features one of the most extensive by-the-glass selections in town. The award - winning selection is mostly made up of New World wines, which can be enjoyed over some of the bar’s delicious sharing plates.

Even after four years, Tastings remains one of the favourite haunts for the city’s serious oenophiles. The intimate bar is lined with polished enomatic wine dispensers, which offer 40 different bottles by the glass and in tasting pours. And because variety is the spice of life, the wine list at Tastings is constantly being updated with newly sourced bottles so there’s always something new to sip on.

This charming bistro is part of the Press Room Group, which is known for putting together great wine lists. There are close to 200 different wines on offer on the main menu, 16 of which are available in single-glass pours.
