Fujian Province, which lies on the southeast coast of the People's Republic of China just across the strait from Taiwan, possesses some of the best ports and cruise terminals in China with deep and calm waters. The province enjoys a sub-tropical climate featuring mild temperatures all year round.

Two of the province's best tourist spots are the Wuyishan National Scenic Area and Gulangyu National Scenic Area. Another stop worth a visit is the city of Putian, which possesses many places that combine stunning views along with man-made and natural attractions.

For visitors seeking a quiet and relaxing time, there are the Riyuegu Hotsprings, while golfers can challenge their skills on the world-class fairways at the Orient (Xiamen) Golf Club. For a family outing, the Haicang Safari in Xiamen is definitely a firm favourite.

With such a wide choice of things to see and do in this province, not to mention the mild year-round climate, Fujian is a great place to visit at any time of the year.
